Riot should punish game destroyers on smurfs harder

Hello everyone, since I started playing more ranked games, I meet some toxic players but thats not the problem at all. The main problem are the toxic guys who are playing on smurf accounts and ruin a match on purpose by running it down for instance. Within 1 month I reported 3 of them to the player support. Most of them have an attitude like this: "I dont care about this account". My request to Riot is to find the main account of such players by checking their ip/mac-address and punish them aswell for a 2 week ban or ban them from the ranked mode for the rest of the season. Otherwise they wont stop doing such things.

I’ve seen evidence to suggest that low-level smurfs exhibiting toxic behavior move up the punishment tiers faster, but tracking down other accounts seems unlikely. IP addresses aren’t a consistent way to identify people due to shared address locations, the ease of changing addresses, etc.
