MID DIAMOND PLAYER UNFAIR PERMA BAN?

Yes, I was definitely "toxic" in this game. So chat restricts + honor taken away are acceptable punishments, or "maybe" a 14 day ban. But perma ban? Really? Can I appeal this ban? There's no way this is a fair punishment for what I did.

(When I said "open" and "ye you have a mental disease", it was when the Fiddlesticks literally ran into the full hp enemy team 1v5 and then after he died, started spam pinging me as "missing" and spam pinging my keystone. And I still continued to play the game, never went afk.)

I get PERMA banned for trash-talking this guy, who spam pinged me over 100 times in a game, and was intentionally feeding and didn't build sightstone? How does that make sense? I'd love to know. He's going out of his way to make the game miserable and unplayable for us all, and I'm the one who gets permanently banned, just for calling him out and flaming him a little in chat? Yeah, okay then.

Note: On this account I was 14 day banned once, BUT I had it lifted by Riot because it was an unfair ban. Therefore, I technically haven't even been temp. banned before on this account. Last I checked, people who are toxic in chat don't get instantly permanently banned without warning. Like, I'm not even trying to defend myself here. I'm not saying that I'm not in the wrong for having resorted to a little bit of flame in the chat rather than muting him and his pings. I just really don't see how a permanent ban for this offense is justified.

This chat log is extremely similar to the one that got you in trouble less than a month ago. You really didn't learn anything from that, did you?

It sounds like either:

a)The system had you flagged as being on your final warning erroneously due to your reduced 14-day ban a month ago, in which case what you deserve here is a 14-day ban, not a perma, and you should submit a support ticket... or

b)The leniency you were granted for your previous punishment was contingent on you keeping on your best behavior, which this was not.

Either way your best bet is to submit a support ticket to plead your case. The same player posting two extremely similar logs within a month of each other and complaining about the "unfairness" of his ban both times won't get much sympathy here.

I can't say if a permaban was warranted because I don't know the details of your prior ban, or if you're lying for that matter, but all of the information you posted is completely irrelevant. If YOU are toxic, you are going to be punished, regardless of what another player is doing, regardless of your rank, and regardless of the amount of money you've put into the g ame. You're responsible for your actions, and they're responsible for theirs. It doesn't matter if the guy is feeding, spamming pings, trash talking you, etc. The second you stoop to their level, you become a problem as well. The best thing to do is always going to be mute them and report them at the end of the game.

Go ahead and appeal it with Riot (send a ticket into https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us ), but if it perma-banned you, chances are even though you got the ban lifted, it still counted as a punishment, and that's why it gave you a permanent ban. Don't be surprised if it's irreversible though. You've had multiple chances at this point.

Your rank doesn't matter that you're banned dude all my fellow diamond players fling that around like it matters, it does not.

Sorry for your loss, reformed myself and got into master for a short bit this season, I'd suggest the same, if you type in ranked you're wrong. Esp low/mid diamond you should be knowing how dumb that Elo is mute button is my best friend

The reason you got permabanned was that even thought your 14 days ban was lifted, the automated system still had you flagged as Recently Temp. Banned. So mext punishment according to the system itself is a permaban. And these riot never lifts, regardless if wrong or not as far as records exist that i know of. I might be wrong but my knowledge of these cases is stated as you can read.

Good luck trying thoe, you can still mail support. Thought just like in other cases you will likely just be told in an extended friendly manner that an issued perma is a one way path.

Look at it this way, If what I did is a perma ban, then lighter sentences may as well not even exist cause saying some mean things in the chat is nothing like buying tears and running it down mid. Also when I play Nunu I actually do try to win, just not playing my best champ (people do this all the time)

My question is what were riots words when they lifted the ban because that was only 28 days ago and your chat then warranted at least a chat restriction, now granted this is the system thinking your account got a 14 day ban for sure and you obviously can go to support to try and get it removed or at least reduced chances are riots going to loom at it as you haven't learned, the last one was removed due to it being an error and didn't warrant a 14 day ban but less than a month later you're back on the boards for the same exact reason.

Is it overly toxic? Not really I have seen worse but it is a lot of toxicity in such a short amount of time, submit your support ticket and good luck because you may need it this time around.
