Been playing overwatch beta for so long. I come back to league after my break. Afk in about 80 % of my games. People that flame and cry when they die and just throw the game. Played about 6 games with my friend and we had 4 AFK's. Is this just me? It seems to be when i play around 5-9 when the kids are home from school....
Here is the thing about LoL. You are forced to stay in a game whether you are doing good or bad. Games like cod, ow, tf2, etc. You have the option to leave without being forced to stay whether or not, you're doing well. Dont get me wtong, i enjoy the game even when im losing, what ruins the game is how your team mates handle the match. Last night I had 5 games in a row where someone afkd. Two of the times they had 4+kdr while the other three fed like crazy and afkd. This made me feel like I wasted two hours because I wasn't able to enjoy myself and I couldn't leave the match to join another one. If I leave, I get punished, if I don't, I get pissed at the afks. Sure two of those times it was out of their control, but still bothered me when it was a 4v5 and when my team refuses to surrender after trying to surrender for the third time when we have no chance of winning.
Whats annoying is that whenever someone points out the community's flaws, people just downvote it. They don't read the post or hear the person out, just an immediate reaction of "wow this guy is a scrub". Overwatch is just more fun than a ranked game, but league taught me a lot about gameplay and champion mechanics that I will never forget.
I just tried to play a league game and I ended up 4v5 within 30 seconds. Then cait steals my gromp at lv 1, when im eve. By the 20 minute mark, 3v5. Not only that, but everyone is screaming and flaming. I can not tolerate this game any longer. BTW Overwatch was a shit ton of fon OW>LoL anyday.

Individual using the word "cancer" to describe a group of people.......... Makes me wonder if your not part and parcel to the problem.
Riot simply doesn't want to bother with trying to enforce behavior in game.
As long as you aren't being nasty in chat you're good to go
