Insight as to why I was permabanned for this?

Got permabanned for this chatlog, and I am thoroughly confused as to why.

I didn't help the team with a baron because I thought they could do it without me, and the Xerath on our team started flipping out, typing in all caps about how I was trolling, calling me a fa**ot, etc etc, and all I said back was to please stop calling me that. I then accidentally said to report the Eve on our team to the enemy instead of saying Xerath because she had been typing messages telling him to chill and overall taking my side that he was being super toxic. The support staff I've been talking to has said I'm getting perma banned for using homophobic slurs and falsely reporting, yet no where in this chat log do I call anyone a homophobic slur, I simply ask the dude flaming me to stop, and tell the enemy team what he was calling me so that they could report him (even tho I mistakenly ask them to report the wrong person; shouldn't be a big deal seeing as eve wasn't doing anything wrong and won't be punished; this is also the first time I've ever encouraged "falsely reporting" someone). Seems a bit harsh to permaban someone for accidentally saying one champs name instead of the other. Would love some insight on this. Is it because I am a month off a 2 week ban, and this is just to prove a point? I didn't break any guidelines here. Didn't flame anyone, call anyone names, encourage self harm, literally nothing besides asking the enemy to report the wrong person.

and this is all the proof you need that riots punishment system is extrememly bad and flawed out of our minds. players shoud never be permi banned unless its actualy threats harassment abuse and hate speach. This is a joke and needs to be fixed ASAP

Because you repeated stupid shit (zero tolerance) and had a previous 14 day ban. You can try to submit a support ticket since that seems to be the worse of it. Assuming no other logs.

To be perfectly honest, even without repeating zero-tolerance phrases, you would probably still have gotten permabanned. After a 14-day suspension, your account is on thin ice, as your reform card states.

Harassing a teammate about their performance:

Nithez: double kill you gave kayle at start u feel

Joining an argument and continuing to harass about performance:

Nithez: you guys gave kayle a doulbe kill for fb but im trolling

Arguing, harassing via calling for reports (ignoring the ZT phrase here):

[All]Nithez: eve called me a %%% [All]Nithez: plz report

Of course, it's possible that you might have escaped a punishment for just the above, but even without the ZT phrases, it would likely have been enough. If you find a support rep who tunnel-visions on the ZT phrases and convince them that they were indeed just repetitions that weren't directed at anyone (which I sincerely believe you on, by the way), they might lift the permaban. But if the support reps you get notice the harassment and arguing, your account is probably gone for good.

My favorite "punishment" from league is when I'm having 0 internet issues (because everything else still works), then my game does not load, and I lose 20 or so LP and get queue time restrictions. (This actually just happened about 5 minutes ago). Good job controlling the trolls of the community Riot!!

Asking for reports is/can be considered harassment, since you only need one report to flag a player (x9 is same as x1). Therefore, you only need YOUR report filed, thus asking for more than one report is a form of harassment ("ganging up" on the player). Also using homophobic slurs is usually insta-ban.

Based off of this, I see no toxicity.

I see things like "sorry" and "please", but I don't see any toxicity.

EXCEPT you were being toxic by repeatedly saying "you gave kayle 2 kills", and things like that.

Any ideas of Player Support [PS] blessings, you'll need to take 100% responsibility of your logs and explain in detail a new strategy how you plan to never make it happen again. This is not a easy task, and probably impossible for most cases. I understand your context but more importantly PS won't consider the context as such . Someone has already mentioned that in this thread. They (PS) need to read the ticket and be fully convinced that you wont cause any more trouble. It's not guaranteed they will lift the ban if you do this but that is in my experience when they worked with me.

There's a few good youtube videos on this subject (lifting permabans), and if you are interested I can show you my logs when PS worked with me to lift the permanent suspension on my account.

I was very fortunate and grateful to have PS work with me and help me and give me my account back. I know Riots stance on permanent bans is no reversals, but I have first hand seen it undone. Not guaranteed but worth a shot.

Posting your unedited chatlogs would be nice. (Since the current ones are clearly edited, or Rito had a bug).

Also, try submitting another support ticket, and hopefully you can get an agent with a brain. I'm quite sure this should not get you banned even instantly after a 14 day ban.

The only slightly bad thing was you asking for reports, but that should not be such a huge deal (at least according to me).
