Okay, I NEVER write on ANY forum/board - even social media ffs. The way your banning system works is pathetic. How can you be so disrespectful as to fully banning and making an account fully useless when the player has spent money on the account, funded your fucknigg wankk servers that lag consistently, regardless of broadband connection.

I understand having an account permanently muted, but to not allow them to play and use skins/characters they have spent hard earned money on is plain disrespect.

I am going to file for a court case to be held against you - bunch of crooks.

Money spent doesn't AND SHOULDN"T have any impact on your status in terms of punishments.
If everything is really that bad in this game, why did you spend money?
I'm guessing you also had a bit of "plain disrespect" repeatedly in a multitude of games that became a consistent problem.
You were allowed to use skins/characters you spent money on. You don't own them. You are essentially renting them.

You violated ToS repeatedly and Riot is within their rights to ban you. I fail to see how they are the crooks when you are unable to adhere to a ToS and Summoner's Code you agreed to.

Pretty simple, really. When you sign up to play the game, you are agreeing to play by the rules and the TOS. When you purchase something, you are purchasing access to that content, not ownership of the content. Now when you break the rules Riot restricts your access to that content. Very similar to if you purchase access to any kind of event (music, sporting, movies) and then proceed to act like a jackass. You'll get thrown out of the event and you won't get your money back.

If you don't plan on playing by the rules in a multiplayer online only game, think twice before purchasing digital goods for that game because when you get banned you have only yourself to blame for the money you threw away.

You know, if you ever read the terms of use on the game you'd know that all content unlocked is being borrowed. You putting in money is basically at your own risk as you have no rights to said content that it is used on.

If I'm not mistaken when you sign up for the account it tells you that your account can be permed. It also tells you on your 14 day ban report card.

At some point you have to take responsibility for your own actions. You signed up for a game with rules and punishment, you ignored said rules and escalating punishments, you lost your account.

Likewise, good luck with your "law suit". 99% of the time theres no follow through, and the other 1% the player gets laughed out of the law office.

Read everything that you agreeing before you make your account , before you login into the game for first time and when you donate :) . It's your own fault my man.

I'm 100% with you. Scam company that only cares about your money. Riot is a terrible company that just so happens to be in charge of a fun game. Game could be a lot better without Riot Games. However, these crooks can legally ban you after taking your money. Which I agree, is very stupid. "Oh you said a bad word in game chat? Say goodbye to your account that you spent 100s of dollars on!" -Riot.
