Account Suspension and chat bans need a better system

I am a Gold 1 player so this is my first and probably last post about this topic but I have been complaining about it for a long time. Riot needs to improve the banning system. There is too many players that get away with not getting punished while players that do not deserve it get insta banned for getting the most reports. First off a lot of times in solo/que there is a duo on your team and it is easy to get banned from them just teaming up against you. Most people start tilting or raging in games for a reason. But when I get chat banned for instanced riot fails to look into why I started getting mad in the first place. I just got account banned for 15 days because of this chat.

As you can see in the game I clearly kept asking my team to stop yelling at me. On multiple occasions. Not only that I had to even mute my 0-10 bot lane that kept yelling at me. In the end I do not understand how I am the one getting my account banned because I was the only player on my team that was doing well and was carrying. I never once blamed them for losing or kept asking nicely multiple times to stop raging and tilting. Even the enemy team at the end of the game which you cant see the comments cause riot doesnt send them to you said why are you guys reporting the guy that was carrying the entire team? Riot needs to do a better job at reviewing reports instead of some lazy algorithm (which is clearly what they use) based on how many players report you. Usually in any event a player tilts there is always an instigator at the very least. No one just decides out of nowhere to start trolling or going afk or raging. I think they need to implement a system to where if you report someone you need to be ready to be reviewed yourself. People are so quick to threaten to report you for example you have a bad game and your like 0-5 in your lane next thing you know the entire team is reporting you for feeding. This is why this is my first and last post. I am done with this game unless I find out they do a better job with the banning and report system. I probably have played over 4000 games since season 2 and I guess it is time to move on to a different game. Not to mention you getting your account banned when you clearly paid a lot of money for that account to begin with. Give me a refund RIOT. Time to retire from League.

The system punishes based on consistency x severity. Someone can be punished for 1 game of extreme toxicity or 100 games on consistent mild toxicity.

What you see is that you think people are getting away with toxicity, but in truth, that game is being recorded in the behavioral history and is part of the decision that gets people punished.

Look at yourself and think about how many games you have had similar behavior. You think you got away with it, but in truth was always stored and after so many games of similar behavior, you passed the threshold and got punished for it.

That is just not true. A punishment isn't dealt out by the volume of reports one have recieved. 'Being reported much' isn't a criteria for a punishment. Having bad behaviour is though.

Again, that's just false. It would be an unfair system. Therefore reports don't stack. Meaning you could get reported 9 times in a game, but if you didn't break any rules, you wouldn't get punished.

Irellevant. If someone is being toxic towards you, you mute them and report them after the game. You aren't solving anything by getting mad and retaliating. You only serve in making the game more toxic.

And as you can see, it clearly didn't work. So mute them and play normally.

So what? If there are two players:

One is 0/19 (not inting just playing poorly), but was super nice they don't deserve a punishment

The other is 20/0, but EXTREMELY toxic. They definently deserve a punishment.

The stats doesn't matter. Their behaviour does.

Why? If you have a problem with a player, report them. Then they'll get reviewed. It's so simple, why make it more complicated. Is it just for the sake of you being able to say: "BUT HE STARTED!!!!"

Not to mention you getting your account banned when you clearly paid a lot of money for that account to begin with.

For a free account? You probably mean skins, but you knew and agreed to the fact that there wouldn't be any refunds if you got banned.
