Suggestion: Put people in games with people of similar honor levels/report histories

Title.

It gets really annoying when you're a positive player doing your best against all odds trying to win a game, not flaming the person being extremely negative on your team, and losing the game because a single player wanted to prevent an easy win.

Obviously it's impossible to prevent this 100% of the time, but if a player gets reported often or has an honor level of zero, please don't put them in games with those of us with honor level 3 or higher. Even honor level 2. It's really unfair to those of us trying to win when one person intentionally feeds and spends the whole game typing obscenities and racist comments in chat.

It would even encourage people to be less toxic; they have more of an initiative to maintain a good honor level so they don't have so many toxic players in their game.
