Tilted in one game=14 days ban instantly???

So I had this one normal game where I was in a losing streak and was a little tilted so I was quite toxic. I only was for one game, had never been banned or chat restricted before and when I logged in the next day I was banned right away. I get that toxic behaviour is unacceptable but isn't one game a little much to get banned and lose all honor for someone who had never had any strike before. I feel like as a human being it's normal to get tilted once in a while and getting banned for one bad game doesn't help people reform at all.

I don't have my chat log but I understand the reports and understand them but I believe the punishment is way too harsh.
