Sick of DC'ing players

In the past 10 or so games a player has been afk or dc'd in nearly every game. 1 game my bot laner was afk for the first 10 mins and lost bot lane. In another the support dc'd and we lost 4v5. In another game the enemy adc dc'd. Most recent game my twitch adc dc'd and we lost. I always report and nothing happens. Seems like this has been happening more recently and games are a coinflip of who has more players. What gives?
