Can i get unperma banned
I have reformed and I know riot has the ability to unpermaban especially since On this account I only got 2 two weeks then banned and it has been a while I ask kindly to pls unban my account from the game

You got two 2-week bans? Most people only get one.
Riot may have the ability to unban you, but policy is to never overturn bans unless they were done in error. There was a brief phase a while back where they were experimenting with unbanning a group of people to see how they'd behave, but that window has closed.
Sorry to break this to you but bans not done in error are never overturned, so unless you can provide proof in the form of entire unedited chat logs that it was unjust then we can only assume that it wasn't.
Permabanned means Permanent. It won't be undone.

It sucks that you were banned over shit you said in game bro. I feel ya just know there's a movement with real clout pushing against Riot to remove such strict guidelines. Quite the game like we have, and keep an ear to the ground. Whisper in forums like these, or reddit is where the real action is. They'll either remove the tribunal short of racism, sexual harrassment, things like that. AFK's, inter's... People like you shouldnt be banned. I have a saying i''ve been coining around here "Don't punish conceptual offences with feasible actions". There's a reason why we have freedom of speech and it should be represented in all mediums involving human communication. Someday a law will be enacted that will prevent TOS's from prohibited freedoms like religion and speech. Just you watch. Riot will be considered facists in the near future for this and they'll agree in accordance to the law.
