We have to trust that Riot Scientists have perfected a system that detects whether or not you are a really new player or just you.... so like you, are lumped in with the usual toxic kids with ass burgers, since you're already hooked they don't care,
whereas truly new player are identified by advanced league algorithms and placed with super lucky happy people so that they can get hooked.
at least that's the way you hope it's working.
I suppose you could simulate being a new player by 'exploring' the map and doing weird stuff like walking around aimlessly and such
