ELO Booster, or player improvement.
So, I've recently come across this guy. He didn't have the greatest attitude in the community. Kinda cocky, he's a Bronze V (well, explain the bad attitude.) and my other friends did say he is a massive boaster, always ranting around how he can 1v1 everyone in school.
Well, that's not the point I wanted to talk to day. He has consistently grinding on Rank for the past couples of day. Seeing his match history, he seemed to carry most of his game. That's a good thing right? He's improving... well, not quite.

If you can see here, you will notice that his score is pretty decent, right? Not that too obvious, and he's playing snowball champions most of his game, so that explain (also a preferable archetype that ELO Booster really enjoy playing.) It doesn't prove much, right. Maybe he took a break, and do some practice, watch from pro guides. But wait, there's more.

I could only assume that he got to a whole new level of skill in that short one month where he stopped playing rank. I don't know about you but if that doesn't spell skeptical, then I don't know what is. Not to mention, his CS counts. If you check through these images, you'll see the CS counts of his recent games nearly doubles the amount of CS he has in previous games. That's a huge improvement of quality farming if you asked me. That's all I will have to say for now. Maybe this will get to Riot's ears, and maybe actions will be taken. That's all I have to say.
Edit logs: -Added Summoner's name. -Remove Summoner's name due to Privacy. -Made a CS count analysis of his games through both recent games and the past games prior September.
