Perma Banned For What Reason??

Dear Riot,

I am a League of Legends player that has been playing since pre-season 7. I recently got perma banned (more specifically 20 mins ago) showing me my chat logs for the past 3 games. In Game 1 and 2, I am talking to a friend of mine (whom I know in real life) named "omar" whose name I have said several times throughout the game. He is a level 11 player that has started playing the game on my, and 2 of my friends referral. We were playing in a 4 man premade with "omar", "tony", and "osman" whose player names I will not leak. As a level 11 player who only plays duo/trio with me and my friends, he has very little game knowledge and as a more experienced player, I was guiding him on what to do even if I was very rude to him which he doesn't care about because we fool around all the time and make fun of each other. This whole time in Game 1 and 2, the only people I was flaming were the ones in my premade as they talk shit all the time and we don't care as we are close with each other. We couldn't use discord because "tony" was lagging with around 300 ms and using discord would just make his case worse, so we decided to just use chat. Anyways, that is my reason for the toxic behavior in Game 1 & 2. Moving on to Game 3, I had clearly said before game started that I am bad at Katarina which is why I was playing Normals to learn from real people over learning from bots, and would require early ganks. I understand my jungler was behind so I didn't flame when he didn't come for ganks but, I find Kat really hard even if some people don't agree with me. I assure you I wasn't intentional feeding as I had taken time out of my day just to play league and I wouldn't waste it and risk getting perma banned for no reason. I tried but I was against a Mastery 7 Kha'Zix and Orianna duo who was camping me even though I was having a rough time 1v1'ing Orianna alone. I tried to go to other lanes after everyone was out of laning phase just to get my cs up and finally be able to do something for the team. But, I still kept getting tower dived by a 17/3 Kha'Zix. There was no way for me to get back into the game as I was over 5 levels below anyone on their team. So I stayed with my team and tried to be as useful as I could, but I kept getting flamed by my bot lane (specifically Sona) because I was "inting". I agree I was playing like complete horse shit but I wasn't doing this on purpose as I rarely ever do this bad. Below is my chat log that I have provided which may or may not persuade you to believe that I was not inting in Game 3 (P.S ; first 2 games were with friends so please ignore the toxic behavior towards them lol). I ask humbly of Riot to remove my perma ban and replace it with something less brutal as there is always room for reform. Thank You for taking time out of your day to read this :D.
