Is it just me or have the champ select trolls gotten worse?

I haven't played the game in almost 2 weeks. Not because i think the game is unfun or balancing is bad or anything like that, i'm just busy irl. I que up, get into champ select.I get my primary and im 4th so i get to ban.I use the pick intent .The 5th guy bans my pick just for lols. I picked adc. No one bans jhin. There was no reason to ban jhin(it was normals) Another person says that they don't blame me for dodging.I'm like ok 5 mins isn't so bad. Que up again , get adc again(this time i'm last pick). Our top laner says he want to jungle, jungler says he's been waiting all day to jungle so no.Top says he's gonna play because he apparently thinks singed is a troll champ . I say singed isn't a bad champion. Apparently this triggers him. Picks jhin top with .I dodge. I wrote this while waiting 15 mins before i can que up again.I got punished while the troll goes free. What do u guys think ?
