Was my Behavior Out of Line?

I apologize in advance for the wall of text but this is my second chat ban in the 6 years i've played league and I'd like to gain on insight from the community on my behavior. I do believe my behavior my these games were slightly toxic, but I don't think they were ban worthy. In both instances circumstances outside of my control were blamed on me, my teams flamed me and I defended myself.

Game 1 In this game our Jax got invaded by Graves jungle and pinged for an assist. No one on my team saw Graves on the map since he hid in a bush and so we thought it was an accident (other team members mentioned not seeing him). Graves kills Jax, takes his red buff and so Jax blamed me for his death harassed me for the remainder of the match. I defended myself and outside of the "you're retarded comment, I don't believe my actions in this game were toxic.

(Our Lucian was afk so I thought the game was going to be a remake but it wasn't) Minidz: remaaaakeee (Jax pings on the map for an assist and so I asked who because the team and I didn't see anyone ) Minidz: who?> ( Jax dies to enemy Graves jungle and flames me and the top laner for not coming to his red buff. Minidz: my dude i didnt see anyone on the map (I was pushing the wave to back and Jax pings to gank my lane. I pinged him to back off but he jumps onto my laner and dies because he dove. He then cursed me out because I didn't follow up his gank.I then defended myself again and said that he shouldn't come mid. After telling him not to come, he said he's coming to my lane to take my cs. In response I jokingly said "You a bitch" but I understand that can be interpreted as toxic. After being invaded several times and warding myself, I asked my team to help me ward and no one did. I support had a warding item but had sparingly warded the map. As i was unable to help my team because I was under leveled and under farmed they continued to flame me and said they would report me for feeding. Outside of the "You a bitch" message, I also don't believe my behavior was considered toxic. Minidz: ill gank asap (Shaco invaded me and I said this in a jokingly way but I do understand that this could be toxic.
