Mid-game AFK

Having a teammate leave mid-game happens all the time. When is riot going to implement no loss of LP in this case? If a player leaves, and is AFK for longer than 10 mins, or whatever number works, how can u tell the team they suck by taking their LP away? So frustrating...

Do you also want to have no LP gain when the enemy AFKs?
