Perma banned for no reason

After I got done playing a game, I got a message saying I was perma banned for no reason and said to check my email and I didn't get an email. I rarely talk in games and I've never been punished on this account.

Riot isn’t in the business to throw random permabans for shits and giggles. If you received a permanent ban on your account that means you have already accumulated a multitude of offenses previously, or committed a zero-tolerance violation and were issued an immediate 14-day ban.

Permanent bans on the first offense rarely happen, therefore claiming that you rarely talked on that account and got banned is fishy.

Try logging back into the client. There should be a reform card stating the reason for your permanent ban.

I'm just curious, as a level 100+ account, why are you spamming bot games? That's the only suspicious thing I saw, I could see for an easy first win of the day, but you play many a day.

If you've not received a previous punishment then it could be a charge-back related thing where they lock the account till that is sorted out, which the support ticket should get back to you on (for whatever the reason may be)
