For future record, the GGEZ was a sarcastic remark made in all chat when we lost the game due to teammates that refused to help. But in all honesty, is this a reason to get perma banned? Sure, there has to be recent offenses, but really? This was the offense that set it off? Can't really reform when you can get banned for simply being disliked by other players. DOTA 2 doesn't have a system like this at all, same with other multiplayer games, and while I do come across toxic players every so often, the amount is INCOMPARABLE to the amount of toxicity I find on league, whether it be outright or passive-aggressive things like playing ignorantly. Chat restrictions, 2-week bans, perma bans- it all needs to be scrapped. The ONLY thing you're accomplishing is getting these same players to fill in the low-level bracket and ruin the game completely for any truly NEW player. You can't exactly learn the game when you're constantly in lobbies with gold V players with a malice who had their mains perma-banned.
TL;DR get rid of the behavior moderation, it only provides another reason for toxicity/negative behavior.
