So recently I got a chat ban, and I am guessing it is from a game I played recently as Leblanc. I would like to know why though, because I had two incredibly toxic teammates who told me to "stfu" when I asked for a gank etc. This is really frustrating as I was trying really hard, as was everybody in the beginning. But after I died, I started getting flamed by a teammate. Now, I am at honor 1 and i can't type in chat which in my view is completely unfair. This teammate also was cussing at a teammate just because of there choice in champion. I will admit that I told this teammate to go away and get a life instead of bullying people online though, but that shouldn't get me banned.

I hope I can get my honor restored and get this ban removed as I feel that I do not deserve it. Also, I would like to know the reasoning behind why I got banned.

If you paste the chat logs you were given along with the notice of the punishment, we'll be able to provide better feedback.

Hey there, sorry you're confused about what the punishment is for. Chat restrictions given by the Instant Feedback System will give you a Reform Card with some of your chat logs when you log into the client (until you finish the restriction), so if you could make a copy of those logs and post them here for us to review we'll be able to discuss this.

I understand that I was not being very sportsmanlike, but these chat logs don't show the full story which makes me frustrated. I also have to work my way back up in honor which is annoying because I normally am honored at least one game, and I have always tried to encouraged teammates. This part of the game I am NOT proud of, but the reason why I said lol this panth is retarded and this panth is stupid is because that is what he was calling me, and called me an idiot for thinking leblanc counters ekko. He said in caps, you said ekko COUNTERS you but YOU DIED, and so i said and YOU FED HIM. I will say again, I am ashamed that I spoke this way, but I really want to know if this teammate got punished because he was essentially bullying our support. Most of these chat logs with bad words are in rebuttal of the teammates statements, which makes me look like I am the most toxic person in the world. Also, I hope someone can spectate my games maybe or bring up my chat logs in other games to show that I DO NOT have a history of EVER being toxic. This day I had something aggravating that happened in real life too, so that didn't help. I just hope you guys understand that I fully understand why I received this restriction, but I want people to understand that I also mostly try to be as helpful as I can and the fact that this one game ruined my record taught me a lesson to never ever in my career in League of Legends to talk back to toxic teammates. I have another question though, I know someone who has admitted to being very toxic, even more so than this game, but they have never been punished, so I was wondering why the system only investigates some situations and not others? Anyway, thank you for reading this, and I hope you can try to understand my perspective.

I cant agree more. This stupid system is designed in a way, where if you get trash talked, and lose your patience at the vocabulary used against you and you start talking back, you get punished. The system is stupid and i hope a LOT of people get frustrated and start mass refunding. I havent been punished once in seven years. I just got chat banned because i lost my patience at two EXTREMELY toxic people who got together and reported me for getting them off their high horse. Now, the system is as such, that anyone in groups, can single handedly get someone chat banned for one game, simply if they all get together and hit report. Worse technical programming ive ever seen. Id be ashamed if i ran this.

Nami, would it be possible for everybody's chat logs in the game be released? That would help make my point.
