I got into a game that was taking a while to load. All of a sudden, it said game no longer exists and because I left a game I have five matches with the leave buster. My internet connection is fine. I fail to see why I am being punished for this.
I would send a ticket to riot support. And advice to go to report a bug maybe sombody had this to and if so when you make a ticket to riot. Say that it happent to others to and link were you found it if it happent to others to.

Did you have anything going on in the background? When the system doesn't get the full amount of ram and cpu it needs to load properly it gets stuck in the loading screen.
