being banned want to speak

I got banned for a game where I told our team we lose just based off of comp, and they proceed to pick the same squishy comp. In game I tell them the same thing. Top Olaf picked Olaf into trynd and proceeds to feed all game, mid and myself happen to get 2 shot to the trynd that he fed and now im banned, I never swore I never did anything ruthless I explained to the guy that we lost in draft and now I am banned? How can you justify banning someone who was trying to win the game from the beginning and having some basic knowledge of your game, only because this guys feelings may have been hurt when I said he lost it for us when he chose Olaf into trynd?
