Boi they gave you all the chances BEFORE they banned you. If you got banned for a long time/permanently, they gave you more than one chance, and you just kept abusing it. It only matters to you now because you lost your account.
you chose to act the same with AFTER you were hit with a 14 day ban, Unless Riot has screwed up again, you won't be unbanned.
