Easy solution to halt 4v5s in ranked
We've all had that game where we've been stuck as

. 4v5s, while generally rare, are still a considerable nuisance in the ranked community. As much as there are accidents, there are also plenty of players who simply AFK for the broadest of reasons during their ranked matches. People take ranked as a joke featured game mode sometimes, when they should be viewing it as the competitive environment it is.
I have no trouble with people trolling and AFKing in normal games, that's what they're there for. Arams, Dominions, Draft, all fun and games. But ranked is where you go to try; even if it's trying your best on a new champion for the first time, at least you're trying hard and playing, unlike that  who left because it was past his bedtime. Thus, this solution will only apply to ranked matches, leaving other modes alone for trolling and fun.
Now hear me out. The solution is extremely simple; If you or a team mate go AFK long enough to be flagged by leaverbuster, or if at the end of game you are 5 levels under the average champion level in the game (to stop the people who walk around in spawn), you'll lose double the LP you normally would have lost, and everyone else on team gets exempt from LP loss.
Now you're going to say, 'Whoa there calm down this solution sucks, a bunch of players are just going to duo with their smurfs and if the game goes bad, make the smurf go AFK. Now the main loses no LP and the smurf loses double but they won't care because it's only a smurf.'
The solution to this one is just as easy; If you are duoing with someone who goes AFK long enough to be flagged by leaverbuster, or if at the end of game is 5 levels under the average champion level in the game, you AND them will both lose double LP and everyone else is exempt.
I understand that in season 6 you will be able to 2, 3, 4, and 5 man soloq, and in this case it would apply to the 2, 3, or 4 man party all losing double LP if any one of them goes AFK or is under-leveled. However, this would not apply to 5v5 ranked, 3v3 ranked, or 5 man soloq, as they are all a pre-made team and no random strangers suffer for someone going AFK.
Easiest solution NA, mission accomplished. As someone who takes ranked seriously, if I risk 42 lp loss in one game for going afk, I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure I don't go AFK during that match. People who suffer from the one blackout a year will lose more LP for one game and it's unfortunate, but the people who repeatedly lag/AFK will get hit the hardest and end up trying their best to fix the lag and cease AFKing.
I have personally played about 1100 ranked matches in the previous 2 seasons and I've had 198 4v5s during that period. I know this is nowhere near the norm and the situation isn't that bad overall, but this simple solution would make things so much better for the brave souls who venture in soloq alone, but now with the comfort that should their team mates go AFK they will no longer suffer LP loss for it, only the waste of time before the ff@20 vote.
I'm no computer genius, but I'd bet it'd takes less than 200 lines of coding to add this into the already built leaverbuster system.
