I don't even know where to start from.i have so much to say but i don't know english very well so..i hope u can understant my point.Which is..RIOT WHY DO YOU PARMA BAN PLAYERS WHO FLAME(i wrote with CAPS LOCK to show you how pissed i am on this).I mean..what happens in your mind when u perma ban a player who is trying to win.Why don't you perma ban players who troll games going 0/10 or following you on map or "running down mid".You should implement the ban system for flaming to trollers.They are the one who ruin the game not flamers.They are the one who tilt the players not the guy who is saying "u are retarded".Oh and..a reminder on how the game of the company u work on is working because u clearly don't have any idea.U IMPLEMENTED A MUTE BUTTON.When a player is flaming you ,you mute him.U can even mute the enemy team players.How people that are flaming (because they are trying their best to win) ruin the game .JUST HOW? How is your mind working ffs.U can mute the player who is flaming but what can you do to a player who is trolling your game.U can't .U just have to waste 20 minutes of your time to surrender.So basically they ruin the game and the experience of the game.If u have a team which have a report for a troller and a report for a flamer(who was muted by all the players) and u perma ban the flamer ignoring the troller how is that even fair.i Just want to hear your logic.I really want to start a petition for player to sign on so that flamers can't be perma banned.If u really want to punish them (which idk why would u do that)restrict thei chat permanent..or don't give them chest and keys..or idk.I want to start this petition but idk how.i will do some research to know if i can..but please..all the players who are reading this and love the game help me.MAKE THE BAN SYSTEM FAIR FOR ALL THE PLAYERS!

The mute button is not there for flamers to be able to excessively curse. It is there to "protect" the players who get tilted or dont want to have their chat full of insults.

Also, a previous experiment RIOT did some years ago showed that flamers and toxic people in general, when they cant curse in the chat, like with char restrictions, they find other ways to show their frustration, leaving teammates to die, running it down mid etc. But dont worry, trolls and inters also get suspended.

This community, like RIOT, dont want toxic people ruining the experience.

Flamers are bad for the game and a petition would be meaningless since it's Riot who makes the rules.

they're still figuring out how to automatically ban trolling. they'll let us know when they something works and they're able to develop it for live servers.

How is the punishment unfair exactly?

Chat offenses get 3 penalties before a perm normally. Exceptions being for escalations with zero tolerance. Chat restrict 10 games Chat restrict 25 games 14 day ban Perm

Gameplay offenses get 1 penalty before a perm. 14 day ban Perm
