Its getting kind of crazy now that when you tell someone to stop getting hooked you get a chat ban but they can harass you the entire game and not a single thing is done. Its good to know that riot supports harassment and quick to punish anyone who tries to defend themselves from it.
I would love to see a chat log of someone being punished for simply telling someone to stop getting hooked and nothing else.
Can you please post the FULL, UNEDITED chat logs of every single game included in your report card?

Yup. Stupid system that needs changed. Many deny it, but a growing number realize it.
What is probably happening is people get banned then make new accounts that have no real value to them. Since they have nothing to lose they drag other's down EASILY. Because they have no clue that they are about to get into a fight with some dude who has nothing to lose who is willing to sink the entire ship and drown everyone on it.
