if it isnt constructive and only ment to be insulting gasp its probably flaming, also you got banned for more than that post your chat logs
that is flaming tho.
telling your teammate to improve and telling them to stop inting is different.
Telling someone: "hey thresh, can you throw your lantern at me when we engage? it will make our fights faster" is telling them to improve with a tip, but "dumbass lol play better" is straight flame.

That's not the entire story.. had this often enough here. I legit told my 10 deaths Urgot in aram to play safe, then he proceeded to snowball into 5 people another 10 times and answered "no, reported" Wonder oh wonder I didn't get a punishment. So stop pretending
