Just had a game where a duo ruined a game - one guy is autofilled and didnt get his role of choice so he fed until three minutes then left...his duo fed and voted no on early surrender...meanwhile the opposite team is toxic and hurling vulgarities laughing about it.....this is such an ugly game - why isn't more done for people who play like this? They have multiple accounts so banning means nothing...to anyone. TRACK IP!
IP bans are outdated and ineffective. They cause more problems than they would ever solve.
Better than IP bans is the Overwatch game's system where they ban your PC if you are caught cheating. Only way to even buy a new copy of the game is to buy a new Motherboard. It's brutal, and every game should follow this system.

IP bans are for idiots who dont know how to run a network. Lets be logical about this approach that you have for an IP ban.... SO growing up I lived with 7 brothers and 4 sisters.... If we all played league...and my 4 year old brother had trolled you..... its fair that the other 10 players that did nto troll you get banned?
now lets put this in a business aspect for a child like you. its more profitable for me to ban the 1 account then to ban 1 ip. I will ban 1 account that is free 2 play...but the account that has spent 5 grand and keeps spending money every time we put out a skin...

sounds like a silver had a bad game, and instead of reflecting on what they could have dont to improve themselfs they just bitching as the fact they lost some lp.....
I always thought more should be done to players like this. You lost 1 game and then run straight to the forums and complain(sounds like someone needs a break from the game)...as im sure the rest of the game you did not type one single word and hit every cs and never died... Nothingi had to do with you playing a champ you only have played 7 times in ranked.........its silver....if your skilled enough you can 1v5....silvers are stupid...I should know....I am one! and as a challenge i love to play with an adc who i know has internet issues and let him dc and 1v2 bot lane and kill them simply for the fact i can..... never seen one of my teammates post about it and bitch that i knowingly told them it would happen in pregame lobby....simply as i had the skill to pull it off...or was just dumbass lucky everytime.

there are a hundred ways to get around an IP ban..it is just not effective in keeping out the people you are targeting..
but it would be nice if a viable solution was found,

You are aware that IP bans do fuck all, right? They do far more harm than good, and are about as good of a deterrent as a "Keep out" sticky note.
