Just finished a flex queue game in which one player elected to stay in base and troll, ruining the game for all on losing side. This has happened recently more than once adversely affecting my ranking. Reporting doesn't seem to decrease this behavior. I hope Riot takes this problem seriously because it certainly makes me consider other games.

I can only say that people don't care right now because it's preseason. It will get marginally better in '17. But in terms of putting up with shit...

You change the pieces, but the board's the same. By all means, play another game. I play League off and on myself. But what systems would you have in place to improve the situation? We all know ranked can be a shitshow. Get in line. How can Riot improve it? Criticizing something without providing a solution is poor form.
