Recently at the championselect...,

two guys from a game earlier met again and obviously they lost. Until I had to select my champ I read about 23 FY's, 12noobs, 7r%%%%%s and a lot of other nice stuff including mother's things. I wasnt that motivated to play with these guys, so I dodged and received my timepunishment. Should I really be punished for leaving such guys ?

I suggest a automatic scan after dodging. If this scan is positiv for more than lets say a dozen flaming words you get no punishment and instead the creator of the positive result receives the punishment.

That's not a tenable solution.

It would be better to give everyone 1 free dodge per day - though it would not be my preference.

I'm biased on the issue though - I hate dodging more than anything else in the game. You get in the queue, get your role, pick your guy, then some guy dodges - mostly cause they didn't get their way with a champ or a role, and boom back in the queue. Some nights it's rinse and repeat a half dozen times. I'd actually punish dodging in escalating tiers - to the point you could earn a permaban by dodging past a certain threshold.
