Is a player that has been boosted to gold reportable?

Like around low Elo, I see players play so badly I mean Terrible and at the end of the match I see that they are Gold 4 or Gold 3. I know you have some bad games but when I look into there match history....no just no that's where I can see they got boosted super hard. Which makes my question, is something like that reportable. I mean they are 'technically griefing' they are not playing the ELO they are supossed to play in and therefore giving the enemy team an advantage while giving there team a disadvantage. And they KNOW full well they dont belong in that ELO.

If someone played on their accounts, that's boosting. If they duo-queue with someone else and get carried to Gold, that's not boosting.

In any case, you should submit a support ticket and give them the same/match histories. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us

Be aware support will not tell you if any action will be taken, especially for boosting cases because Rito usually punish those in waves especially at the end of the season so no action may be taken right now (does not mean there won't be, just not right now).

You can report anything you please.

It will be up to Riot to review and decide whether it should be punished.

Any improper means to inflate ELO/MMR is punishable.

And what ELO do you belong in?

Elo is a name, not an acronym. It's not capitalized
