Permanent Ban

I'd just like to know, based on the chat logs if I was deserving of a permanent ban. I'll fill you guys in with the context so you can judge for yourselves. This Ekko kept dying over and over again and blaming me in chat. I kept my cool and did not cuss at him or insult him, he then proceeded to cuss at my mother in which I replied with "shut up" and muted him for the rest of the game. Everything after 'muted' was me speaking to the enemy team or my teammates. So the only negative comment I made here directed towards someone specific was "shut up". I've had this account since season 4 and I've invested a lot of my time and money into it, and to get permanently banned for such a small matter is ridiculous. I'm not saying what I did was right however, it was definitely not worthy of a permanent ban in any way shape or form. Meanwhile Mr. Ekko gets to roam around cussing at people's moms, intentionally feeding and giving up (which he admitted to in chat) and AFK'ing from ranked games (which he did in that same game).

This doesn't seem enough to warrant a punishment. I mean if "shut up" is punishable, where are we getting to.

Why don't people understand that the context doesn't matter? We get that Ekko was being a dickhead and pissing you off. Why do you then have to give up, beg for reports form the enemy team, and then continue flaming other people when they don't want to surrender?

This League match wasn't a vacuum that consisted of only you and Ekko. It contained 8 other people who don't want to deal with shit from either of you. If you're just coming off a 2-week ban, that was the time to decide whether putting your fingers to the keyboard again was worth losing your account.
