During a game, my mind wasn't really into it since I have alot on my mind, ended up feeding a bit but our kassadin told me to me to kill myself. I relayed this in all chat, but I was hit with a ban right after? Am I not supposed to say anything when people tell me to kill myself, or am I supposed to internalize it? I am very confused on the fact that I was given the permaban.
The same system that spots people telling others to "kys" would spot you quoting them and not know it was a quote. You can contact support and ask them to review the situation and provided there wasn't anything else in your behavior that would get you in trouble with the system it's a pretty good chance that they'll reduce/remove the punishment.
As a heads up though, you don't need to get other people to report someone for what they did. It literally doesn't help and, as you found out, you can end up tripping the system yourself if you quote rule-breaking stuff or if you disrupt the game by spending a lot time accusing others.
All you need to do is report them. A single report is all it takes for the system to look over the behavior and additional reports doesn't make it any more likely that their behavior will/will not be spotted.

I find it funny that your name is a play on sticks and stones and this happens. To answer your question, don't internalize it or type it out in chat. At most call em a bad word and mute them, it'll probably help you feel better. Just say whatever you want under your breath and do pushups or pullups and you'll probably be so cool about it you might even forget to report them. And yes I mean literally in the middle of the game just leave it and get your blood flowing.
Never quote a toxic kid. You do not need to anyway, you have nothing to prove to enemies, he supposedly only needs 1 report.

What did happen to you when they told you to "kys"? I guess you are still alive and it did not affect your life in any way, so what was your problem exactly? :O
