What joy does one get out of absolutely doing nothing all day just to piss people off? I really don't understand.

they are probably bots of riot admins to piss people off so they can ban them cuz yea ban = new account = buy heroes dumb motherfuckers dont have another way of making money

Do you mean they are afk with auto attack on? Are they split pushing? Do they push to tower then run back to theirs?
Someone's gotta do side wave management. ARAM method normally doesn't work in SR.
