FLAMMERS / INHUMAN BEHAVIOR IN LOL FOR NEW PLAYRES LEVEL 16 btw IN NORMALS GAMES EUNE

I have played lol for 5 years and I'm pretty confused about this:

I have a lol eune account (this one btw) which I made myself; it is level 17 and, like, I'm playing all these normal games with low level players/noobs/newatthegame. When i started lol I was pretty happy and it seemed fun and stuff but when I play now in low level people in every match in normals (gamemode for new players) flame/curse/harass/give death threats/idontevenknowlikewtf. They flame the hell out of people / curse / bm / verbally abuse in all chat.

I just had now 4 games in a row (I'm honor level 2 btw) with a lux or a player saying they wish cancer to your family and they wish u all die irl and they hope your family dies / get hits by a car or gets cancer or like really inhuman things to say. I tell them to be quiet or talk nice because it's really not mature and pretty rude and I feel bad for new players starting the game and meeting these kind of people in normal games.

Is this just eune or its it in general? Like not meant to be racist or anything because I live in eune myself but wtf is this behavior? It's not normal to me and if you ask me it shouldn't be allowed. If you say there is no problem I say there truly is because:

1 I report em and nothing happens 2 I get this in every game even if I haven't said anything; my account is new and I'm honor level 2 3 Even if you just say "why don't u report em"; I do, I really do

People who do this must really just lack of any kind of human feeling/sense/manners.

That's just my point of view and I hope u will take this seriously because I'm dyslexic; English is not my first language so it took pretty long to write all this, but I think it's needed.

Btw many of the people who I told to stop flaming, hard score spamming from champ select, all kind of rude things / inhuman things in-game: they just say they're gonna make a new account, like they've made thousands of em and not gotten what they deserve.

Riot you need to throw more ip bans to the really obnoxious ones who just have over 19 accounts, getting banned like tyler 1 jk :P But like the people who are really toxic, not like tlyer 1 he at least has a reason :P
