What is and what is not detected by the IFS.

I'm posting this because a few games back I had a Malphite on my team (I was Ahri mid) who was completely harassing and verbally abusing me. My opponent mid laner (Orianna) was an obvious smurf from higher Elo, as cleary shown in his match history. At no point in the game I thought about giving up or trolling the game, I tried to make the best out of it. I rarely mute players because their said words USUALLY don't affect me, or I just laugh at their behaviour. With this Malphite it was so extreme that I would like the chat log of this game reviewed, by someone with the authority to do so. I reported him after the game but I think he flew under the IFS detection system by using certain curse words cut in 2 words (e.g Fuc - king Cu - nt). For me this has been one of the most severe cases of toxicity I've witnessed after years of playing this game.. Is there any way for myself to get the chat logs so I could post them here for you all to see?

The system punishes people based on consistency x severity.

Your report probably was a valid report, but the malphite's behavioral history either isn't consistent or severe enough to put that game over the punishment threshold.

To answer your question though, swearing in itself won't get anyone punished. It is the act of harsssing and insulting others (over many games if the severity isn't that high) that will get someone punished, and they can be punished even without swear words.

you can't get a definitive answer to that. Every region is different as shown by the difference between korea and NA. Same goes for EUW and NA.

Splitting fuck or fucking in euw is kinda overkill, ain't gonna get banned for that. Idk about %%%% as i honestly don't see it much anymore. All in all euw is more lenient compared to NA.

if he did all that for such soft slurs i doubt you got flamed that hard. and he's probably not consistent with it.

You can submit a ticket manually to the support, they will ask for a link to the game in your match history, and they have every tool to look at the chat etc...

I don't think you can get the chatlogs, but for punishment they have it.

On the other hand, this is fuc-king pathetic, if you didn't like him, you could have just muted him.....
