Post game trash talk and report

I just left a post game lobby where two players made light of the recent mosque shootings at Christchurch, NZ. One player said "your father was killed in the mosque" and the other one said "yeah, go watch the video". What happened in NZ was an act of terror and those people deserve respect. Fortunately my father wasn't one who was slain in NZ, but decency has to prevail here.

I don't post much here but I read, and I was compelled enough to come here and air this grievance to the community because it's players like them who are killing the community of players. Sure it was just some end of game trash talk, but should we as a community allow and condone this?

I know a lot of players who play league to escape their problems, and what if this was my escape, and my father was killed in the mosque? How do you think that would make a person feel, knowing that their safe space to unwind and escape, was no longer safe from the toxicity of the world.

There is enough bad stuff that happens outside our four walls, no need to carry that into the game and attempt to make someone's day worse.

Stay safe, and stay humble.
