How do we report "griefing"

Im not talking about feeding or bad words, im talking about just straight up ruining the game for someone. had a duo trundle and anivia go both smite and do a wierd double jungle, even tho our kayn was the jungler. So now we have 3 junglers, and the anivia and trundle are just walking into lanes and messing people up. Im not kidding when i say late game it was impossible to recall with either of them near by because they would ALWAYS use the wall/pillar on you (it shoves you out of the way if its on you, so it stops recall if you dont know what im talking about). The entire game was like this. They didnt feed, they didnt trash talk, but they made it unbearable to play the game. walk to lane, take creeps, stop your recall, it was just miserable, and I dont know how to report that behavior.
