Can we at least get an update that the ban system has changed?

I have been banned in the past for toxic chat, and this was over the course of literally always the same scenario, someone flames me, I say something back, this happens 3 games over a period of time, I get logs for 3 games and a deserved chatban/two week etc

on another account I have I have gotten 10 chatbans with 1 game of logs that was pretty tame, never use any instant ban words, 25 chatbans with 1 game of logs, and now a 14 day of 1 game of logs where i have 5 lines of text in it with the only inflammatory line being me telling the support to stfu when he had attempted to coach me on how to play for the 8th time in a row

Is this for real? why don't you just remove the chat if this is the new standard, or at least say "hey we changed it to be a lot more strict/we changed it so that if you ever say anything / argue with anyone you're getting an instant ban"

You are using samples of what's happened to you. What has happened to you is not what happens to most players. Most players do not consistently break the rules so often that they get multiple chat restrictions, suspensions, and permanent bans.

You aren't supposed to argue with your teams and bring negativity into every game you play. This is Riot's way of showing you the door because you aren't able to reform. Chat is not going to be removed for people like you.

Based off severity x consistency.

Also, they already have given you the option to remove yourself from the chat.

The reform card only shows you 1-5 recent games as examples of unacceptable behavior. If your behavior extends past the "recent" time frame, then you'll only be shown 1 game. If other games were of similar toxicity levels, then you would be shown only that one game as example of what is unacceptable.

Just because the reform card only shows 1 game, doesn't mean you were punished for 1 game alone.

The system punishes based on consistency x severity, it has been like that even before the tribunal and it still operates this way.
