Could we limit autofill to once a day?

When I find the time to play league in ranked soloq[ Something I consider a good vessel for channeling my competitive spirit into] I really don't like having my time wasted. League is a huge time consumer and becoming proficient in roles you want to compete with is very time consuming in itself. Honestly you guys aren't very forgiving when it comes to dodges. Insta 6 min penalty then straight to half hour all because I might be taking a piss or something.

I understand the necessary evil of it being there. I do. I think it's really absurd to have me go autofilling in ranked soloq more then once a day. I think if you expect us to respect the champion select system then you should respect our dedication to the role selection system and not abuse players climbs to greater ranked heights by forcing autofill upon us all too frequently.

It always always always feels shitty to get it and then you find yourself basically the beggar saying pls don't put me as support because I know we'll lose lane. This is the genuine truth for many who don't prefer starting game in the bot lane meta. You autofill us there and then we autolose the lane for our lane partner. It sucks it loses you more often then cared for about 20 or so lp from you and your team when it happens. If you expect us to tolerate the toxicity that is autofill at least throw us a bone or some kind of incentive to actually go along with it.
