Remake Games for AFK

"This game is no longer in existence" So apparently if a player doesn't connect to a ranked game within 3 minutes the team can vote to remake the game and disband the game. This needs to be moved to five minutes or something, If somebody Disconnects at the start or during champ select, three minutes IS NOT enough time to restart your computer reopen league and connect. This is terrible.
