Reminder that this needs to be a thing to help players improve behavior

A metaphor for context:

When a dog pees on the floor in your house, you punish him immediately and show him what he has done wrong in order to associate negative reinforcement with the issue. If you were to punish the dog a few days later without context, then the dog is confused and could get angry and the chances of the peeing on the floor happens again because as far as he knows, he did nothing wrong.

The same should be applied to summoners. If you did wrong, explain the situation or better yet, have a tab on the profile page of the summoner (Accessible only by said player) that tells your standing as a good or bad player regarding behavior. Have some kind of score or a rap sheet or permanent record, something that clearly states: "You did a bad" or "You have said bad things and here is what people think of you."

I don't like the idea of players entering games without knowing or understanding that they have negative behavior. This could also apply to people like me who don't know whether or not they are toxic or maybe acted out of place. Give us the chance to do good, Riot!

Edit: Also, those little ribbons that were supposed to be a thing but are no longer a thing (Friendly, Helpful, Good Teammate, etc) don't really work. I have never gotten them, even when they first came out and I tried my best to be a good teammate. Last I heard, you need like 50 people voting for you and god knows the people actually honoring players nowadays are the minority.
