Can I reach the tribunal directly?
I've just finished a ranked game where a player on my team "inted" from the get go. He also spent half the game afk in fountain. I took screenshots to make sure he received his deserved punishment. Can I send them to someone? I feel like reporting after game only shows chat logs...
