Why perma ban players that let their friends play on it and then get banned when you try to login?

I haven't played in a while so when I was going to play some the thing says that i'm permanently banned for 3rd party but i didn't even play lol in like 6 months but.. my friend played on it instead so i'm suspecting him for getting me banned

Probably because Account sharing is against the Terms of service you accepted when you made the account.

You shouldn't account share, it's against the Terms of Service. That means, you lost your account forever.
