did i get a ban i have received 0 notifications but league was wiped from my computer.
lol it was a bug after I got a suspension for being verbally aggressive...

That or it just was uninstalled by someone, your computer is hacked, or some glitch happened where it won't show up.

I think mommy and daddy just want you to focus on school, so they blocked league on the router
A ban doesn't "wipe" the game from your computer. Did you or someone else uninstall the game from your computer?
Restart your computer.
Uninstall/reinstall.

That sounds super sketchy. I have no idea man. Obviously run a virus scan (im sure you did already), if theres nothing, try asking support about it... ummm... yeah, i dont know.
