[This Chinese player is using Helper Program- User name: Sergeant Snipe]

I just want to share this stupid user with all of you guys. This guy is continuously using helper program. He plays Vayne and Kogmaw as adc and he has friend who plays lulu ( I guess lulu doesn't use this program but still bad) I can't endure this anger and I hope this kind of Chinese players never play this game again.

Please check the game on March 2nd. I played Nami. (My team was Vi, Teemo, Ahri, Ashe) 28:40 (Vayne got quadra kills, focus on his moving) , 29:07 (Vayne didnt see Ahri, There was no vision around there) 30:44 (Vayne's qucksilver) And there are more.
