they didn't want to play her. it's not any more toxic than you not wanting to play the champs they picked.
Because matchmaking is so bad that the player base becomes super frustrated- eventually coming out in toxicity.
The system actually breeds toxicity. Otherwise it wouldn't be so rampant. Its caused by the game.
