I think a player shouldn't have a dodge timer until after 5 times of dodging. We already sacrifice LP per dodge. This game has way too many trolls to want to sacrafice losing alot more LP just because someone gets a role they don't like or are on a tilt/losing streak. RIOT please honestly and openly review this issue. It's a constant struggle and it's this way in every elo. please and thank you.

I don't want to sit in lobby for 15+ minutes just to get into a game because people abuse the hell out of penalty-free dodges

They should just flip their positions on trolling in champ select and actually prevent that from happening.
