RIOT has such a BIASED, UNPROFESSIONAL ban system

So I have been banned a few times in League, and yes it's all due to toxicity and whenever I run it down mid nothing happens. That's something that questions my concerns, but how come when one player (me for instance) would be targeted by a verbal onslaught by a group of 3 or 4 of friends and when I report them, jackshit happens because I'm just one person, and all 3 or 4 of them report me for saying "you guys are bad at this game" I don't even tend to cuss and I get banned for showing attitude since 3 people reported me, but riot does not ban the same players who only get reported one time even though they end up literally cussing at me?

1 report is the same as 9. Just because you didn't get a notification doesn't mean they aren't eventually punished, just like you weren't immediately punished every time someone reported you.

At the end of the day, you are responsible for your own actions. You can't control yourself when others are rude, then mute them immediately so that you don't have to. Most players don't have this problem.

It's not biased. You just dont understand how the system works.

Think of it like a leveling system. If you are at 99% toxicity, you'll get to 100% with the slightest toxicity and will get punished. If someone else was at 30%, got 50% of toxicity pts in that game, they'll be at 80% toxicity and not punished for that game.

The system isn't biased, you just don't know how it works. It doesn't care how many people report you - it acts the same way whether it's 1 or 9. As Subdue said you don't always get notified of people getting punished, so if their chat is worse than yours and you're reporting them they're likely getting punished also.
