Ban without first two chat restrictions?

2 days ago i said "get cancer. oh you already have one, sorry" to player who intentionally tried to ruin ranked game. I see this curse in game more often than "fuck your mom". Noone really raped each other mothers or really wishing cancer. Don't act like you believe its all very serious. Anyway this guy said that it is his entertainment - troll people in game and then run to support and ban them if they said anything offensive.

My question is why did i get ban instead of chat restriction? Yes i made a mistake but why ban? Because one troll wrote letter to support? Im playing on this account since 2012 and im one of those rare players who don't flame people if they are not really trolling. And i got banned for 1 message. Without chat block. Why do you even have rules if you don't care about them? You prefer one curse over other?

I dont see people doing the cancer insult much anymore, as it was just another trendy bullshit insult, but i dont see people saying fuck your mom much either (and i think you're completely exaggerating how often you see it... every other game? Really? The fuck are you doing to piss people off so much?). The fact you think the rules are in some way based on popularity of insults is very telling of your ignorance of said rules. Some people take it lightly as jokes, some people dont... either way none of that matters. What matters is, Riot treats it as a breach of the terms of use, and punishes for it. They even escalate it. Why? Who gives a fuck... theyre all just words. Dont say them in game, or get fucked. Stop treating it like Riot makes the rules of society. They only make the rules for their game. Their rules mean nothing outside of league. So learn them, and follow them, or get banned.
