Riot you REALLY need to start encouraging better behavior and possibly a better tutorial

there really comes a time where i cant enjoy this game much any more even after only play 1 or 2 matches a day (sometimes ill do more) i cant stand the attitudes in bronze/silver ther rampant trolling that goes on there an the people that go unpunished when they start spouting the N word in chat and only one person reported them for it

im also getting tired of "you bought this item? gg your bad surrender and report" or "you died twice? gg your bad surrender and report" littarly every game for example, i got hard stomped by a Jayce mid lane as kass died once realised i wasn't going to be able to farm an bought coin because i sure as hell wasnt going to get close to him for anything else an tried to farm and build up gold with coin was harassed all game made fun of half my team was asking the other team to report me because i was behind an couldn't do squat

as for the tutorial you really need to push that there is a balance between getting kills an taking objectives iv had one to many games where people will split off from taking an open inhib just to go score a kill or two an totally lose the opportunity to take it and even possibly losing the game because sometimes my teams just LOVE to try to dive the inhib an focuse it down while jax or someone like that is busy eating us alive :\
